FROM WORK SCOPE TO OUTCOME

A Proven Process for Engine Success

Engine management works best when each technical decision connects to what comes next. Jet Midwest develops the work scope, coordinates execution, manages the engine through the program, and keeps the operational or commercial objective in view.

Understand the Requirement

Evaluate engine condition, records, operational needs, timing, and the owner’s objectives.

Develop the Work Scope

Define the technical requirements and determine the right repair, preservation, inspection, or transition strategy.

Coordinate Execution

Assign the work through Jet Midwest Technik, internal resources, or selected qualified specialists as appropriate.

Manage the Engine

Coordinate on-wing or off-wing activity, preservation, inspection, logistics, records, and program requirements.

Prepare the Next Move

Ready the engine for return-to-service, lease, sale, transition, continued storage, or another approved path.

Complete the Outcome

Carry the engine through the technical and commercial requirements needed to reach its next use.

The Engine Is One Asset.
The Decisions Around It Are Connected.

Technical decisions. Operational requirements. Commercial objectives. One coordinated program.

TECHNICAL EXECUTION

Technical Capability Where the Program Needs It

Jet Midwest develops the engine strategy and coordinates the technical path required to execute it.

Where the work aligns with Jet Midwest Technik capabilities, the program can draw directly upon internal FAA Part 145 resources. When a different capability is required, Jet Midwest coordinates with qualified external MRO providers and specialized partners.

Either way, the engine remains part of one managed program.

Engine Shop Support

Jet Midwest Technik supports approved Trent 800 and selected PW4000/PW4090 program work, including applicable module, QEC, fan-case, and related work scopes.

Work-scope development, provider coordination, scheduling, cost oversight, documentation, and technical follow-through across internal and qualified external repair resources.

Borescope coordination, preservation, storage, records support, engine movement, and return-to-service preparation based on the needs of the program.

Flexible technical coordination for requirements that fall outside a standard maintenance path, using the appropriate internal capability or qualified specialist resource.
