JET MIDWEST TECHNIK, FAA MRO AMOC APPROVAL TO AD 2014-09-07

LOS ANGELES, CA – March 23, 2016

 

Jet Midwest Technik announces that the FAA has approved its incorporation of the Rolls Royce Alert Non-Modification Service Bulletin RB211-71, as an Alternate Means of Compliance (AMOC) for AD 2014-09-07 on Boeing 757-200 aircraft fitted with Rolls Royce RB211-E4 engines inlet cowlings.

 

On receiving the breakthrough AMOC approval, Patrick Kraus, CEO of Jet Midwest Technik, commented that, “We are overjoyed that the AMOC has been approved by the FAA. This has been a journey with a mixture of engineering, fabrication and determination by our entire team. Our engineers have created a new solution that will reduce cost and extend the on-wing life expectancy of the affected inlets.”
